"A club is a community made of volunteers where they all gather around and take initiatives, measurements and implements them for the greater interest of the community. The Banned Community of Leading University is one such organization. It is the largest musical club in Sylhet but based in Leading University which is a matter of pride for us. As years passed by, I have been observing this club and its members and admit that each year they are setting a new milestone for the members and for the people outside. Individuals engaged to this club do not just work hard and contribute to it but they also learn many important skills such as, communication, leadership, responsibility, accountability and of course, musical skills. All these will definitely be useful for their future. People get to cultivate their talent for music here and entertain others. This give them an inner satisfaction. Even though they leave after one year, former members remain as an unattaches part and they profoundly look after their juniors. Taking all their achievements and efforts into account, have to admit that, we, Leading University, are really proud of The Banned Community."

"The Banned Community musical is a musical club where group of individuals who come together to take decisions, make plans, and carry them out inspired by their passion for music. It is just like any other social group, much like The Banned Community. We are proud that it is Sylhet's largest musical club. I've been observing this club and its members throughout the years, and I have to say that every year they set a new bar for both the members and the general public. People involved in this group not only work hard and contribute, but they also learn many crucial skills including leadership, communication, responsibility, and accountability—not to mention, of course, musical abilities. All of these will undoubtedly be helpful to them in the future. Here, people can develop their musical talent and amuse others. They feel internally satisfied as a result. Former members continue as an unaffiliated part even if they depart after a year, and they take excellent care of their juniors. About Us
The Banned Community is one of Sylhet's leading and renowned musical clubs. The Banned Community started its journey on 10th August 2010 through the dreams and unbeatable efforts of some gems of Leading Universities. It is committed to society's welfare. Currently, The Banned Community is performing in various cultural events. It's already done successful programs held both inside and outside the University. We organized different series of Musical shows like the Year Celebration of The Banned Community, Rock Episodes, Lost in the Echo, Charity Shows etc. We also performed in many cultural events in and outside the University.
We, As an organization, always work hard to create a milestone in the musical arena in the region. The banned community was happening on their journey to provide an outstanding flavour of band music to the music adoring student of the leading University and the music-loving district of Sylhet. We proudly can say we brought the band SUNNO for the First time in the history of Leading University. We organized shows with Avoid Rafa, Ashes, Powersurge, Black, and most remarkably, we collected the largest Open – Air Rock Concerts of Sylhet with the National Level Award-Winning Bands WARFAZE, ARTCELL, NOGORBAUL O JAMES, Black, Miles, Aurthohin, Ark O Hasan, Arnob, Avash, Mizan & Brothers, Band Lalon, Shironamhin
That's not, of course, the all of Banned Community. We always surprise our audience with Back to Back Amazing shows.
